1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using signumfield.com and any related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Services
Signum Field provides talent intelligence, verification infrastructure, proof-of-work assessment and related services connecting organisations with specialists. Specific engagements are subject to separate written agreements.
4. Your submissions
Information you submit — including via forms — must be accurate, lawful and your own to share. You grant us a limited licence to use submissions to evaluate, respond to, and deliver the Services you request.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual property
The Signum Field name, mark, site content, and underlying technology are owned by Signum Field or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNUM FIELD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Signum Field harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
