Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of signumfield.com and any related services (the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all visitors, applicants and clients.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation or provenance of work;
- submit falsified, plagiarised, AI-generated-as-your-own, or otherwise misleading proof-of-work;
- upload malware, run automated scraping, or attempt to circumvent verification signals;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or connected networks;
- use the Services to develop a competing verification, evaluation or talent intelligence product.
3. Content standards
Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, free of malware, and appropriate for a professional audience. We may remove content or refuse submissions at our discretion.
4. Verification integrity
Because our Services depend on trust, any attempt to game verification signals — including credential fabrication, ghost-work, undisclosed collaboration, or synthetic-work submission — is a material breach of this AUP and grounds for immediate and permanent termination.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and suspend or terminate access without notice. We reserve the right to record violations and share them with relevant counterparties where lawful and proportionate.
6. Reporting
To report suspected violations, contact team[at]signumfield[dot]com.
